The scope and boundaries of Globit Global Information Technologies Inc.’s Information Security Management System, within the framework of ensuring information security;

GLOBIT evaluates and addresses the identified information security requirements established to meet business needs, legal obligations, and regulatory expectations by implementing information security policies and procedures through its established Information Security Management System framework.

  • To comply with the principles of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information which are requirements of the Information Security Management System GLOBIT establishes a risk management methodology that involves identifying information assets, determining risks, and implementing control measures to mitigate those risks,

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and continuously improve service quality within the scope of information technology activities,
  •  
  • Provide the necessary resources for hardware, software, training, and other controls required to mitigate information security risks and ensure their continuity,

  • Apply necessary sanctions in the event of an information security breach,
  •  
  • Personal data belonging to GLOBIT’s customers and employees may be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809, the regulations of the Information and Communications Technologies Authority, the Personal Data Protection Authority, and other applicable legislation; in accordance with applicable legislation, GLOBIT shall ensure information security requirements to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure its proper safeguarding,

  • To ensure the awareness, training, and encouragement of all employees and stakeholders to participate in and comply with the processes related to ensuring information security,

  • To monitor, review, and maintain the efficiency of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) through internal and external audits, and to continuously improve the system,

adopts and commits to as its ISMS policy.
